  • Short, fast massage up to 2 hours before an event

  • Puts muscles into a state of readiness by stimulating circulation  of oxygenated blood to targeted areas

  • Reduces anxiety and supports concentration

  • Within 2 hours of an event finishing - immediately if possible

  • Assists in cool down

  • Relaxes tight muscles

  • Stimulates blood circulation for muscle recovery
